ZJIA Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Clockwork Echoes (the “Game”). This policy explains how information is handled when you play the Game.
Information Stored on Your Device
The Game stores gameplay progress, chapter completion, choices, audio settings, and similar preferences locally on your device. This information is used to provide save and replay features. We do not operate an account system for the Game and do not receive your local save data.
Advertising and Device Information
The Game may offer an optional rewarded advertisement when you choose to continue after a failed timed sequence. If advertising is enabled in a release build, the selected third-party advertising provider may process limited device, network, diagnostic, and advertising information to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in connection with that ad. The Game remains playable if you decline to watch an ad; a free restart option is always available.
Where required, we request permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers. You can deny or later change this permission in iOS Settings. Your choice does not remove access to the Game’s core story features.
How Information Is Used
Any information processed by enabled advertising services is used to provide rewarded ads, limit fraud, measure ad delivery, and maintain the service. We do not sell your local gameplay progress.
Third-Party Services
Advertising is optional and may be provided by third-party ad networks selected for the release version of the Game. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Before release, we configure App Store privacy disclosures to match the advertising services actually enabled in that build.
Children’s Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law for the advertising configuration in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Data Retention and Security
Local save information remains on your device until you reset story progress, delete the Game, or remove its data through iOS. Third-party providers retain any information they process according to their own policies. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the Game, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Use the Game settings to reset local story progress.
- Use iOS Settings to manage tracking permission and advertising privacy choices.
- Decline an optional rewarded ad and use the free restart path instead.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the Game or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published.
